Greetings, gang.
74 with more rain approaching. Got another half inch yesterday. This storm potentially has very high (over 50 mph) winds. High in the mid 80s followed by highs in the upper 70s for the rest of the week.
Did 17 miles on the bike yesterday with no ill effects (aches, pains sore muscles, etc.). After the rain this morning I plan to head to the gym. Last night I did something I've only done once before. I bought a tree. I need a new one to replace the green ash that was taken down earlier this summer. The new one is a Sun Valley maple. Nice thing about it is no "helicopter" seeds and somewhat fast growing. I bought it through the Arbor Day foundation. Nice thing about it - no shipping charges. Should be here next week. Drawback - now I have to dig a hole.
