Greetings, gang.
Still pretty dark at 6:50 AM in the remote reaches of northern Iowa due to the rain clouds overhead. Had a couple of low grade thunderstorms pass through with maybe a couple more on the way. High in the upper 80s this afternoon then back to the 90s for next week.
Yesterday was a routine trip to the gym followed by a trip to the grocery store for a few things. Nothing much planned for today other than the usual Saturday chores.
I did have a weird dream last night in which one of my sons offered my house for anyone who might be stranded due to a winter storm. I thought that was most generous of him. It would have been nice if he had mentioned it to me. In the dream I found out from one of my granddaughters who thanked me for the offer.
Gas continues to drop - $3.83 when I was out and about yesterday.
