SPAMMERS!!!!

I just banned a spammer and deleted 15 posts.  Can we have a real easy way to do this. It takes me a while to find out how to do it every time.

I click on the username.  Then On the left column, it will show Total Posts.   
Click on "Find all posts"

Then when the list appears all the way on the right will be a check box at the top of the column
Click that and all messages should turn white
Scroll to bottom and in the drop down select Delete Posts Permanently and click "Go"

That's the best way that I have found.....

Then Ban the user
