can I ask what gave you the idea to make it 3D like?
-can you divulge your secret to the good colouring in?

Thanks Jack , I saw the idea some time ago in Model Railroader and have made all my panels like this since. I paint the board with a regular spray can and LET IT DRY THUROUGHLY , then I use paint pens to color the tops of the raised styrene. It is really easy. The paint pens I used this time you may find at an art supply store. We have stores here called Hobby Lobby and I got them there.
