Thanks Doc , Russ and jg for dropping by, and for the words of encouragement guys. I appreciate the input.
Russ,I worry about the photos taking up download time for some, but then I guess you fellas are a bit more advanced in your internet speeds than those of us stuck down here in the antipodes. But it is a lot easier to write in pictures than in print.
Doc an JG, I too liked the build. The balustrade seems to give it a very 3D sort of detailed look.

Are you sure "The Commision" wouldn't allow just a teenie bit of weathering..?? Like a couple of soot streaks running a bit down the roof from the chimneys..?? And a smudge here and there..??

I am on your side 'trains Maybe when hell freezes over ......or I catch the War Office on one of her good days.( which ever comes first ) we will attempt it.
