Soldering Techniques?

I soldered all of my track together, then added electrical gaps where necessary. Since the temperature in the unheated basement is pretty-much constant throughout the year, I've had no issues with expansion and contraction of the rails. I also didn't have to add feeder wires, as I didn't bother using bus wires either.
