The MET units ARE RP20's however they're prototype kitbashes and there's only two of that body style, that I've seen, the two MET units. The OMI models are NRE built 3GS21B's, and they're no where close.
The only chance you have is kitbashing yourself, of having a custom builder do so. *wink wink*
