Railfanning Norfolk Southern RR
Yesterday was a great day. It was cold and snowy so I out and about. Instead of taking pictures yesterday I took four video's and caught five trains.

1. East Bound Mixed Freight

3. East Bound Trailer & Double Stack

4. East Bound NS 536 PPLX Coal Train & West Bound Set Of Helpers

Side Note: NS 536 ( PPLX ) heading east bound with 2 SD60I's and a four banger of SD40E's on the rear. The 536 stopped at CP-MO to pick up head end helpers, a set of SD40-2's to continue up to Gallitzin where the rear helpers were to be cut and the head end helpers would remain down around the curve to Altoona. 536 had about 127 loaded PPLX hopper cars.

Seems kind of odd to cut your rearend helpers but this was the order that was given at CP-MO.
