De furring

I have two cats, one is too fat to jump on anything other than my bed, and has a hard time at that. The older one though, is hard headed and goes EVERYWHERE he's not supposed to, except for some reason, the kitchen counters (he wouldn't dare). I use a squirt bottle to keep him off anything, and he gets P.O.'ed when I spray him and turns and yells at me. Literally YELLS (to which I reply back with another squirt in the butt with the water bottle). It's fruitless though, so the new layout is planned to be at a height he can't get up to. Still climbs all over my desk, and when he thinks I am not paying enough attention to him, he flicks picture frames, business card holder, pens, etc. off my desk with his tail. It's a battle of witts with that cat and we go round and round over things. But he's 14 years old, and knoiws he runs the household.

Hey, it's their house, I just live in it anymore.
