Have you gone to the Bachman website and looked for a downloadable manual? I have a P2K loco with factory sound. The enclosed documentation only mentioned the sound CVs. I had to go to their website to get the full manual so I would know exactly what each CV did.
Your decoder may have a "trim" CV so that adjustments can be made between forward and reverse.... need the manual to know for sure.
