Steve, if the surface was clean when you painted the concrete colour, you shouldn't have any problem with the tape lifting the paint. PollyScale paint is very tough and Testors recommends only 24 hours for a full cure.
To lessen the chance of tape lifting previously applied paint, it helps to first apply the tape to a sheet of clean glass. This is also a good opportunity to use a fresh blade to trim the edges of the tape to ensure a clean separation line between colours, as the factory edges can be damaged during storage and handling, resulting in less-than-perfect edges. In addition to giving a cleaner edge, this also removes the portion of the tape which has been exposed to air, which can dry-out the adhesive somewhat, resulting in a weak bond where you least want it.
Another way to lessen the chance of lifted paint is to use tape only where the actual colour separation is required. For areas needing only to be covered to prevent overspray, use paper.
Finally, remove the tape as soon as the newly applied paint is dry to the touch, peeling the tape back over itself at as sharp an angle as possible. This decreases the stress on both the newly applied paint and on the previously applied coats. You should be able to use regular masking tape without fear of lifting the paint - I find that the green and blue varieties do not stick well, especially when used over irregular surfaces and particularly when the paint being used is solvent-based, such as Floquil or Scalecoat.
