Hi Gus---thanks for the heads up on National Train Day---I'd like to get out and do some railfanning today but the weathers not co-operating as it's raining,windy and cool---as well my wife and I are hosting a mother's day dinner tomorrow for 22 family members so I don't think my wife would be very happy if I took off and left her with doing the prep work for tomorrow---you know what they say:"happy wife.happy life".
So in honour of NTD,I thought I would post a shot that symbolizes for me the spirit of the joy of railroading---a shot taken by my father in the 50's in the cab of CNR switcher 8550---do you think those boys are having a great day
