You are the second person that has suggested reporting him to E bay. I have to admit that his feedback number is quite high & only has had three negatives in the last year. however most of what he has sold went for 2-3 dollars. One person bought some coins from him & said what he got were NOT the coins he bought -- he got called a liar as well when the guy replied to the feedback.
I may report him, I have really no idea how to go about that, I would think E Bay already should know because all his conservation went through E Bay. Or do they not read any of that traffic?
