Bil, I'm so jealous of you. I don't have my dentures yet..(might have a little to do with weight loss

The house is quite small, only 4 rooms, (and I had to put a wall in the garage to make it 4). The electric service alone is worth about half of that. 200 amp.
There was only 544 sq ft of living area and I took another 170 from the garage for a computer/laundry room. (another unfinished project
)
I still have a 17x22 garage (big enough for the car once the train building is done).
It is exactly what we were hunting, and the dogs love it too, and it will be much better once the grading is done next week and I can fence a much bigger area for them to roam around.
