I would continue to follow up and demand a proper response, however, watching the way you work and the speed at which you get things done, I suppose that you would not have the patience to wait for Digitrax to correct the problem. Knowing you, you will have your layout completed and will be adding a 2nd story to that way-cool train complex you have built by the time they fix things!!!
