Well, O.K. ... but how 'bout another clue ... besides the one about HO scale (which you mentioned) and the one about a shelf layout (which we assumed by the topic of this thread.) So ... steam, diesel, 1930's, modern day, one foot wide by six feet long, 30" wide by thirty feet around three walls, 40' box cars, 80' tri-level car carriers, little 40-Tonners, GP15-1's, Interurbans and boxcabs with overhead wire ... What are you interested in? When it comes to layout design, it isn't really a one-plan-fits-all scenario, at least not if you want to build something that will be fun to build and enjoyable to operate when you get enough built to run some trains!
So ... we'd like to help you ... but you're going to have to help us first by giving us a little more to work with .
