First photo: The bushes and grass to the right of the driveway look very good. Can you comment on how you made the bushes?
Second photo: The grass around the spur is excellent. I'll be copying that! Maybe the track bumper needs a little rust?
Third photo: Again the grass around the building and spur are perfect. What product did you use for the fence?
Fourth photo: The cut-away building is nice. Thanks to Russ for making the suggestion and thanks to you for carrying it out so i can see how to make it work on my layout.
Fifth and sixth photo: I like the way the building goes to the edge of the benchwork. Another possibility for me. The air conditioner - is that scratchbuilt?
Gary,
1. The bushes are right away from the LHS. It is pack of 8 from a German brand named Heki (No 1735). Nothing special. I did cut of the stand and plugged them in a hole.
2. Yes, have to do some rust on the bumper. Thanks for reminding me.
3. It is the fence from MicronArt 93405 bought at Walthers. It looks good, is very simple to build but it has it's price. I suggest you try Kurt's fence first. MicronArt is a backup solution if you have my clumpy hands and poor eye sight.
5. The air conditioner is from http://www.unitmodels.com/ in the UK. They have a wide selection of all kind of small parts very useful to beef up buildings.

I will travel 50 miles to the LHS ( http://www.modelleisenbahn.com/index.php ) today and get "something" to put in the open building. A nice shop but the US material has been reduced close to zero over the last two years. However, it is still the best source to do browsing if you don't know what you need exactly.

Update: I'm back from the LHS. It was very disappointing. They have stream lines their product line to mayor brands only. All the stuff you could order easy via mail order are on the shelve but all the little things you are going browsing for have disappeared. I got nothing to be put into the open house. Have to think about it again... Sad
