Wow, that sounds like a great project. Keep us posted on your progress.
I'm glad to see that some towns have saved some of their history. My hometown thought that the way to go was to tear all the great buildings down and make parking lots, then they zoned against the first major chain store in 1960. Now all the stores are out of town and all that is left is lots of parking, and they want to annex the neighboring township to get all the people back that left town to be out of it.
