Thanks for the info, I haven't been over to that forum in so long that I doubt that I would remember how to log on. I think I had to change my screen name and password when they changed the forum a few years ago and I can't remember what they were. Not to worry, I haven't posted there in some eight years anyway...
Anyway, that's interesting that a going business chooses to close rather than sell when the owner retires. Even if you just turn it over to the employees and take a monthly fee, that's a lot better than letting it go, but there may have been other circumstances that precluded that.
