OK guys.....We've gotten a good number of replies here...but I know there are lotsa' folks out there that need to commit to sumpin' for the coming year.... 
And we need to be able to come back to this thread at year's end and see how much "resolve" we mustered over the course of the year....or to just check up on ourselves to see what we commited ourselves to....
