Touchy, but I wonder if the companys that made the shells have patents, since they are copies from the original locomotive design that has a patent already. I wonder If it's even possible to make a patent for a design that's trying to duplicate an actual design/process.
Figure if it was a replicate of the old patent plans the statue of 20 years from the filing date might of been done already...
