At the top of this screen - look under the logo, click on "User Control Panel"
once there - click on the last tab at the top - "Gallery"
once that appears, click on the left, click on "Manage personal Albums"
This will load "the button:" Create personal Album
Clik that and you'll get instructions.
Once created - you can go to the gallery and load pictures to your album...
