Geeze MM - I thought that was all behind you.. 
Hope everything turns out good for you.. I know what lack of depth perception is like, I had it bad, close to the end of the life span of my last pair of glasses. I couldn't judge stopping distances accurately at night. So I just drove as little as possible, until I got the new specs..
Lots better with 2 eyes focusing correctly
