By the way were these taken during a festive period, seeing the decorations on each building?Well this is the historical Old Sac, so it looks like this all the time, but during the summer they have a 'gold rush days' weekend (i don't know when) they bring in tons of dirt and recreate the old west, if you google image "old sacramento gold rush" you'll see a bunch of pics of it
