I am pretty sure I am going to operate the layout using Ed's Option 1. I think it will allow for more operation.
Within the next few days I will be going to the hobby store to pick up a few pieces of flex-track and some insulated rail-joiners so I can finish wiring up the layout. Once I get the layout up and running I will be sure to take some pictures.
