My first attempts:
An old rather coarse Märklin Tin-Plate wheel. On right the original apperance, on the left the turned wheel
From Tin Plate to similar RP25/88
The flange depth was reduced from 1.4mm to 0.6mm
The tire width was reduced from 3.2mm to 2.2mm
Also i turned on the back of the wheel the rear of the spokes. Thus reducing the depth of the spokes and creating a finer appereance.
The counter balance weight looks now right when it is now outside the wheel rim.
