Thanks, Michael. I tried to find a suitable casting and even checked out a couple of assembled brass ones at the LHS, but all were too big for this little lady. Were I to do it again, I'd fabricate a totally new assembly - cylinders, valve chests and saddle, as working on the existing built-up one was frustrating.
