I agree Ed.Time does not scale.
I seen NS locals take 30 minutes to switch Swan Rubber(now closed) here in Bucyrus.
I recall taking at least 30 minutes to switch a industry-even a simple 1 car setout could take 15 minutes..
I prefer to do a slow 10 count between moves.
