Matt, thank you for the kind words. The hight is 32.5". The layout plus a high cube car fits under the window that opens like a gate to the inside. That is a nice hight to operate it sitting in my office chair.

Wow! That's quite low! Mine is actually at 44", which is a realistic height when sitting, but not operating. I could lower it at 40", which would clear the sloped ceiling enough to install 1-storey buildings...

So you roll on your chair with your command control!! Nice!
