The heavy rain has stopped this morning but the forecast is snow and temperatures below freezing point. That would delay spaying the bare structures for another infinite time. I bite the bulled and did it an hour ago.
40° and gusty winds on the balcony are a real challenge. "That" is NOT my hobby. The structures are still on the floor of the balcony to minimize the smell of the paint in the apartment.
