Yep - according to their web page (http://gbmj.no/wordpress/) Märklin track with center studs.
Their web site (which is not very professionally made) also says that they have had about 63 000 visitors since they opened in September 2010. Seems like a quite popular attraction, considering that they are open only Saturdays from 11am - 4pm and Sundays from noon to 4 pm.
