Freelance 2012
Weathering proceeded in the east corner of the industry.
I like the brick buildings more than the shoe boxed I did before but I am not happy with the cars and automobiles etc. of 1960 - 1980. I prefer the times after e.g. 2005. The cars, automobiles and trucks have been changed to the present tense. The most plausible way to stay with the old brick buildings is to model an old more or less run down industrial area. Wealthy and growing business has left the area and moved into modern buildings in new created industrial areas. However, there is still enough business to keep the railroad running. You can rent some space at the 3.rd floor!
