I Want to Make this Building. Where do I start?

I checked this thread because Mr Pete was kind enough to supply me with his drawings. I anticipate being able tweak it to fit available window castings and start from there.

On the subject of "tweaking" ----- The building, as "guesstimated" ( wow! spell check didn't argue with that word ) is too large for the "appropriate area on the modules", so I guess I'll have to "Tweak" it to fit the space........or, in other words, design a "smaller building-on-a-barge", while maintaining the general appearance of the original. :o :evil:
I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to see how your model turns out. 8-)
