Hello Everyone---Happy Independence Day to all our friends south of the border
I was lucky today.For a while I've been hearing some local railfans talking about the sighting of a rare locomotive in the area---a GMD1.These locomotives were built in 1959 and when new would have worn the original green and yellow paint scheme and shared assignments with steam locomotives,there are very few remaining on the system.Here's #1444 spotted off Howard Rd.,switching the Aldershot yard





As well,I caught a couple of other trains passing by
