Nice post Lutz.

I've updated running gear on brass locomotives (gearboxes, quartering and some side rod work), but don't currently have the courage for "EXTREME TERROR SAWING!".

Got a chuckle out of that, because it's true!

Yeah, but like they say, "The first cut is the deepest." After that, they get easier and easier, and eventually become routine.
