Yeah, a pretty-decent day.

While we didn't get a lot of photos, it was a pleasant way to spend the day. It was also pretty economical, with our all-day passes (ride any train between Aldershot and Oshawa) costing only $15.00. Parking at the GO station was free and we could have (had we wished to start earlier and finish much later) started at dawn and finished in the dark. This is all slated to change at the end of July, with fees for parking and supposedly the discontinuation of the all-day pass. It was our modest attempt at a sorta-almost-last-run train ride.
Adding to the enjoyment was air conditioned comfort during the rides, beautiful warm weather when we walked, good company and conversation, and eats and beer before we all left for home.
