we've spoken (Brian and I) via PM with you about your last remark. I just wanted to state for the 'record' here, that your experiences are what we are trying to root out, by developing ideas on how to make new members more welcome. Your comments have been passed anonymously to the BoD of the NMRA-BR and the 'task group' currently working on this issue.
