A home for Denny's
#24
Yeah, I've noticed changes over the years, but we normally go there for breakfast and there are still some basics that haven't changed. I like their pancakes, and they've remained fairly consistent, but a few weeks ago, our Value Slams arrived and the waitress proclaimed that we had the "fluffiest" pancakes in Phoenix. I told her that I didn't like fluffy when it came to pancakes, I like them the same way I've been getting them at Denny's for years. One of our favorite sayings comes from the movie, "The Three Amegos", it's, "...when you change the formula, you pay the price"... 35 Frequently, change is not good, you can drive away old customers while trying to attract new ones.
