While I'm not a CN expert, it does interest me a lot -- it seems to me that if you've gone to the trouble of taking one number off the cab, you might as well take off the rest, since Bachmann has taken a GP9 body and put a GP7 number on it. In addition, both the GP9s and GP7s were renumbered while in green and yellow. You aren't likely to find an alphabet decal set with the exact color and font that CN used, but Microscale makes a set for CN green and yellow diesels <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.microscale.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=87-948&Category_Code=CN&Product_Count=6">http://www.microscale.com/Merchant2/mer ... ct_Count=6</a><!-- m --> However, in looking over photos of older GPs in green and yellow, I see at least two number styes -- you're best off studying photos and going from there.
