I was looking to see if this flatbed was an actual design or a made up one from Majorette

That one is taking a lot of liberties. The "goose neck" is solid, so the only way to load it would be with ramps on the rear, except that most heavy equipment would not be able to negotiate the big bump from the area over the tires into the well. I think you could kit bash it into a reasonable model by adding the hinge and gusset detail at the top and bottom of the goose neck that is shown on the pics of the yellow trailer posted by Jim Currie. You would also need to reshape the nose of the goose neck to make ramp when it is lowered, and add the rollers that allow it to slide smoothly off and on the 5th wheel of the tractor.
