I do use jigs for mainline turnouts that i made my self , as for pc ties i don't use them i just hot glue the rail to the ties in the jig.

Just looking a the points, you'd almost certainly have to hinge them using some small rail ME joiners. The FT website offers some instruction on how this can be done. Have you been able to lay this out on paper?

I'll take a closer look at home, but I am curious to see where you would need to cut your isolation gaps in order for there to be no dead shorts on it. I can see a need for gaps at the two frogs, one frog at the top of the photo and gaps for the other frog out of frame at the bottom. You could wire this up like a double slip which is easier then its sounds.
