Blue & White BNSF??

I was going past the railyard the other day and noticed a blue loco with white trim sitting there. At first I figured it was a rental but as I went by I noticed the BNSF logo on the side in big, white letters. So are they buying the rentals now and just spraying BNSF to save painting costs or is this a new paint scheme that I haven't heard about?? Sorry I didn't get a pic. I was sans camera at the time.

I think they call this a "patch job" I think it is typical when railroads buy used power to not repaint the whole thing unless it badly needs it or until it is overhauled. It saves time, and money.
