You might try Bowser, Charlie. They must have plenty left over from their steam kits. Also, there are rivets shown under the "Repair Parts" section, in the MDC list. (Part #24406 - short rivets and Part#24125 long rivets). There may be others, too, but I saw those after just a quick look.
