I finally got my NCE Powercab in the mail today, I got everything working fine Except for one thing: There is no power going to the tracks!!! 
I am pretty sure I have everything wired up correctly, the Throttle has power, but there is just no power going to the tracks.
The solution is probably something simple that I overlooked, I think the problem has to do with the wires not getting power from the panel, the connector is Pretty tricky to figure out (For me anyways
