I like the operating concept. It's good to put the thought into it before starting. But now that you have spent the time designing, you pretty much have to build the whole thing, right? 
I am wondering about some of the elevations though. Where the track from the fiddle yard goes under the furniture spur, how do those elevations and grades work out?
