unfinished project control strategy.

I've developed a bit of a hierarchy for them:

1) Is it for my 1930s-40's Oahu Railway?
2) Would completing it be relatively simple and could it be used on the above Railway?
3) Can a take it to an upcoming NMRA meet contest?

My active projects right now are the 3 cars I mentioned in the narrow gauge forum...a C&S Reefer as well as a SJCC Boxcar and an ex-C&S boxcar (these last two will be for Pearl Harbor...2 of the 87 ex-Colorado cars). I also have my first OR&L 2-8-0 bash continuing. So far, the frame has been lengthened, new rod blanks prepared, and some cosmetic changes (counter weights cut off the crank pins, the rear of the cab opened). The lengthened frame (driver WB is about 10" scale longer now) and with the rod blanks made its maiden voyage a couple nights ago under power.

I do not allow myself to start a new freight car of any given type so long as I currently have one of that type under construction. Once I start my first OR&L boxcar, flatcar, or gondola, I won't allow myself to start another one until the first one is in service. The same applies to the locomotives. I won't start converting another 2-8-0 unless it will be a sister to this one...and I won't start the 0-6-0s until all other OR&L locomotive projects are wrapped up.

My primary goal is a large Oahu Railway layout in On3
My secondary interests are modeling the Denver, South Park, & Pacific in On3 and NKP in HO
