The West Egg Roustabout has finally been called, and it will pick up Les's C&O hopper 108866. (Manifest is several posts up above.)

The JMRI software assigned PRR 8244 again, but this time it assigned a PRR cabin, so the 8244 runs over to the caboose tracks to pull it out:    
It pulls the whole string off caboose track 1 -- bad luck, PRR 980083, a center-cupola N6B, is at the far end:    
So it shoves the whole string through the terminal throat to the end of station track 3, where the train will be made up:    
It uncouples and leaves PRR 980083 in place:    
And heads back to the caboose track with the other two.    
Leaving the operational fun aside, it's very helpful for me to take photos from new angles, to see some of the projects I still have to work on!
