Finished covering the framework and sealing all the joints today:

The railcar is also coming along quite nicely:

The roof support is treated with thinned red/brown paint, with several coats of clear varnish on top. The two battery boxes will go inside the benches, one on each side. She has also started testfitting the whitemetal parts for the engine, some sanding and adjusting is needed to get a good fit.
