I just learned this way myself ...Photobucket was becoming a hassle .
As Tom has indicated , when you are posting a reply and want to add a picture :
1. Scroll down to "upload attachment "
2.Go to " chose file " ...you can browse your "MY PICTURES " on your computer , for instance '
3.Add the file/pic you want with , duh , " add file "
4. then " place in line " which will put the chosen pic after your cursor up in the reply
