May 16, 1981. P&LE 1567 eastbound at Adams Road on the Youngstown and Southern Railroad. The area is called Mill Rock and it is halfway between Negley and Rogers, Ohio on State Rte !54. There was a water tower here also and the footings are still visible along the north side of the tracks.
